Ronald L. Snavely has run a successful law practice in Painted Post, New York for over 30 years, specializing in Trusts, Estates and Asset Protection. His staff at the Painted Post office describe him as a wonderful attorney to work for, who loves the Lord and treats them like family. He is encouraging to all and has an affable, peaceful demeanor that is endearing to all who meet him.

Ron received his BS from Liberty University, his MBA from Syracuse University and his JD from the Dickinson School of Law. He is married with three married children. His hobbies include travel, golf, and Reformed Theology.

 

Tammy J. Johnson, Paralegal

Tammy J. Johnson is a seasoned paralegal with over 20 years’ experience in the legal field in both Washington state and New York. She has worked with Attorney Snavely for almost half of her legal career and is described as being a precisionist who strives for accuracy in everything she does. Tammy works in the Estate Administration department at Aevitas, and especially enjoys working closely with clients who have lost loved ones.

Tammy graduated college with a paralegal degree and one week later married her high school sweetheart who had joined the U.S. Air Force after high school. They lived in Incirlik, Turkey as well as Tacoma, Washington where their first son was born and Las Vegas, Nevada where their second son was born. Her husband separated from the service and they returned home to Steuben County, New York after fourteen years away. After 35 years of marriage, her husband went home to be with the Lord. She credits the love of the Lord as well as the support of the firm for continuing to see her through.

A few of Tammy’s favorite activities include spending time with family and friends, especially her three grandchildren and keeping in touch with her six past foreign exchange students from all over the world.

Donna L. Ginnan, Paralegal

As an estate paralegal, Donna L. Ginnan handles both New York and Pennsylvania probate and trust administrations with helpfulness, competence, and expertise.

Donna graduated with a bachelor’s in business administration from Liberty University. She and her husband Randy have two children, Lauren, who has given them two precious grandchildren, and Greg, who lives in Europe. Donna and Randy live in Texas and attend Second Baptist Church, where they each have leadership roles. Music is a passion of Donna’s. She loves to sing and play the piano as well as read in her free time. She also loves to travel the world with her husband and she loves the New York Yankees!

Amanda M. Hughes, Paralegal

Amanda M. Hughes specializes in Crisis Medicaid Asset Protection planning, quitclaim deed work, and also assisting the Houston branch with day-to-day operations in New York. She has been described as a servant who is task oriented with a desire to please. Amanda has a degree in Human Services.

She has five children and three stepchildren and six grandchildren. Her youngest son was born an uncle already to the six grandkids, when she started over late in life. Her husband is the senior leader and founder of Koinonia Center, where they live and host Christian conferences and events throughout the year. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys reading and studying new areas of interest.

Lori A. Hoyt, Paralegal

As a legal assistant at Aevitas, Lori A. Hoyt is primarily responsible for preparing Will, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxy and Living Will documents along with a few other helpful documents such as their final disposition choice. She is described as very task-oriented with a servant’s heart.

Lori has been married to Rick for over 30 years. They have two children, Tyler and Emma. Her hobbies include reading and home décor.

Faith Guerin, Paralegal

Faith Guerin specializes in the trust department of the firm. She is known for being very friendly and always smiling. Faith has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Empire State SUNY. She is married to Dan and has five children including two step children.

Faith has been on mission trips to Columbia and Africa.  She loves Jesus and worship and is working on teaching herself to play the guitar.
