Key Responsibilities
The Snavely Firm, An Aevitas Law Group is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, primarily in estate planning, trust planning, medical assistance, and real estate matters.
Description
- Handle business law matters including entity formation, succession planning, contracts, and real estate
- Manage personal law matters including estate planning and administration, charitable planning, real estate, elder law, and special needs planning
- Meet with clients to understand their unique goals and assets, building trusted relationships
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess financial situations, family dynamics, and wishes for distribution of assets
- Develop comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
- Draft and revise legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations as necessary
Education & Experience
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar required
- 1-3+ years of experience as an associate attorney preferred
- Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills
- Experience with CRM software (Clio preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment with exceptional organizational skills
- Understanding of estate and tax planning, business planning, and elder law preferred
Paralegal

The Snavely Firm, An Aevitas Law Group is seeking an estate settlement-focused paralegal to join our growing team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and support staff in a collaborative environment focused on estate settlement, estate planning, business planning, and real estate matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, contracts, pleadings, and real estate closing statements with accuracy and attention to detail
- Meet with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to effectively manage caseloads and meet client objectives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and exceptional service
- Assist with estate administration and real estate settlement transactions
- Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and judicial decisions
- Maintain accurate and organized case files in paper and electronic filing systems
- Utilize and maintain law firm client database (Clio)
- Notarize documents and obtain client signatures as required
- Track project status and maintain tickler system to ensure deadlines are met

Hospitality Associate
Location: Willow Street, PA – James Clark Associates
Description
The Hospitality Associate serves as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment while managing front desk operations and office hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Visitor Services:
- Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors in a warm and friendly manner, answer questions, seat clients in conference rooms, and notify team members of arrivals
- Offer and provide beverages and snacks as requested
- Monitor and replenish supplies at the client coffee/tea station
- Maintain tidiness in kitchen, run dishwasher, and stock client beverage refrigerator
- Front Desk & Communication:
- Answer all incoming phone calls, preferably within three rings, in a polite and friendly manner; redirect calls or take messages
- Check general voice mail box and forward messages to appropriate team members
- Respond to phone calls, texts, and emails in a timely fashion
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received
- Office & Facility Management:
- Maintain front desk area, common areas, and meeting rooms in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Review conference room calendar reservations and ensure all in-office appointments are assigned to conference rooms
- Rearrange furniture in all conference rooms as needed based on meeting needs
- Replenish supply of client gifts, pens, tissues, newsletters, and note-taking paper in conference rooms
- Update and set up technology in conference rooms for presentations and virtual meetings
- Administrative Support:
- Make copies for team members
- Process incoming and outgoing mail per established procedures, log all incoming mail received by special delivery
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels
- Receive packages and deliveries; sort and distribute accordingly
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Make service calls for copier as needed and restock paper in copier drawers twice daily
- Operate standard office equipment including copy machine and postage machine
- Prepare packets for seminars, board presentations, and client meetings as needed
- Organize and send out client birthday cards and team member birthday and anniversary cards
- Help with travel arrangements, schedules, and company events
- Keep updated records and files
